Vivian Ximena | Tri-Cities, WA Newborn Photographer

Vivian Ximena (what a lovely name!) was born on January 7th 2015. 10 fingers, 10 toes and head full of luscious locks; she blessed her mama with her third baby girl. Miss V came to see me at just 4 days new, right away she let me know she wasn't that thrilled about it! Eventually she came around and decided I wasn't too bad afterall and we got some gorgeous images filled with beautiful rich colors and chubby baby cheeks!

Newborns of 2014 | Kennwick Richland Pasco Tri-Cities, WA Newborn Photographer

I get asked all the time, "Doesn't this job just want to make you have a million babies?" and I always reply, "Actually, it keeps the baby fever at bay...I get to snuggle an adorable baby for a few hours and then go home and sleep through the night!" Well the time came to make my daughter a big sister and now that our new little guy is here and I get all the baby snuggles and 3 am feedings a girl could ask for I still CRAVE those other baby snuggles! <---That is how I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I LOVE my job! I love connecting and chatting with new and veteran moms, I love coordinating colors and picking out sets. I love swaying little babies to sleep and molding them into poses so adorable that long after I get the shot I just want to stare rather than move on to the next. I love photographing these sweet new things in their first days so their mama can look back and for a moment remember just how tiny they were, how they were born with a little hair and had sweet flaky skin on their ankles...heaven forbid one should ever forget those delicious little back rolls. I know now more than ever how fleeting that newborn stage is and I love being able to preserve even just a touch of it for you.
